Lodges: Honduras, Guatemala, Belize & Nicaragua
Thanks to its great number of national parks and nature reserves Central America is location for various lodges that offer luxury accommodation in middle of the nature. Below we present a selection of the best lodges in Mesoamerica, which are mostly located on our routings and can therefore easily be integrated in our programs. A nice option is often a stay of several days following a round trip through Mesoamerica, combining the immersion in Mesoamerica’s fascinating cultures with an intensive experience of its exotic flora and fauna. The lodges offer a great variety of sport activities and excursions that range from hiking and mountain-biking, snorkeling and diving excursions to cave hiking adventures and the visit of nearby Mayan ruins. Furthermore, the excellent location of the lodges on the verge or even in the middle of nature reserves allows frequent wildlife observations and nearly all lodges offer extensive bird-watching tours.
Combine unique experience of nature in the tropical rainforest with exciting colonial history on a high-value trip through Honduras and Belize. Experience Jungle deluxe in the lodges Pico Bonito and Belcampo.
