Day 1: San Pedro Sula
Arrive in San Pedro Sula and transfer to the Hotel Hilton Princess Overnight in San Pedro.

Day 2: San Pedro Sula - Copan
Our guide awaits you at the reception of your hotel in the morning. Visit to the traditional and colourful handicraft Guamilito market before heading to Copan Ruinas. The transfer will take about 3 hours. On the way to Copan you will be observing the diversity of landscapes Honduras has to offer. Arrive at the Hotel in Copan. Your hotel is located in the centre of the little relaxing village of Copan Ruinas. During the afternoon you will have plenty of time to discover and enjoy it by yourself. 2 Nights accommodation in the Hotel Marina Copan.

Day 3: Copán
After having breakfast our guide will guide you on a 30 minute walk to the famous Mayan ruins site of Copan. The Maya developed into the New World's most sophisticated ancient civilization. The city-state of Copán became the Maya's crowning artistic achievement, the cultural apex of Maya civilization. Visit the legendary Archaeological Park of Copán Ruins and learn about the impressive 63-step stairway with over 2,500 hieroglyphs and masterful carvings. Appreciate to its full the significant number of ruins surrounded by giant trees that provide shades all over the site. Overnight in the Hotel Marina Copan.

Day 4: Copan Ruinas - Tela
Today you will be leaving Copan. Our driver will be leading you to Tela. Before reaching Tela we visit the Lancetilla Botanical Garden. Here you will find hardwood, medicinal and ornamental plants as well as tropical fruit trees from all over the world. More than 300 bird species have also been counted, among them tucans, colibiris, kingfishers and many others. Afterwards transfer to your hotel in Tela. Two nights at the Beach Hotel Telamar.

Day 5: Punta Sal National Park
Leaving early in the morning you will be taken on a 7 hour trip to discover the pristine National Park of Punta Sal. The park includes a tropical rainforest and a beautiful coastline. Here you will have the opportunity appreciate flora and fauna on small hikes through the protected area. In the afternoon leisure time to explore the little Caribbean town of Tela. Overnight at the Beach Hotel Telamar

Day 6: Tela - La Ceiba
In the morning leisure time to relax on the beach. Afterwards transfer to La Ceiba. The surroundings of La Ceiba offer a variety of impressive landscapes: beautiful sandy beaches, lagoons, mangroves, tropical rain forest, banana and pineapple plantations on various levels, dense forests and highlands up to 2400 meters above sea level. Before getting to the hotel, visit to the Central park. 2 nights in the Hotel Quinta Real.

Day 7: National Park Cuero y Salado
Early morning transfer to the National Park Cuero y Salado. To reach the National Park you will be taking a manually operated railroad car. Cuero y Salado is a natural labyrinth of mangroves and lagoons. Numerous birds and marine animals can be spotted here. You will be observing this area on a guided boat tour, the best way to listen and watch wildlife. Afternoon transfer back to La Ceiba. Overnight in the Hotel Quinta Real in La Ceiba.

Day 8: La Ceiba - Pico Bonito
Morning transfer to the Lodge Pico Bonito, one of the best lodges in the region and part of the „Small Luxury Hotels of the World". The lodge is located just a few miles from the city of La Ceiba, at the entrance of the National Park Pico Bonito, the second largest protected area in Honduras. You will spend two nights here, relaxing and exploring the natural surroundings.

Day 9: National Park Pico Bonito
A local guide will experience with you the National Park this day. The 2,436 meter high Pico Bonito peak is the centrepiece of the park of the same' name. It's the third highest peak of the country. In the morning you will have a wonderful panoramic view of the surrounding mountain looming and the nearby town La Ceiba. Within the protected area you will also find waterfalls up to 25m high. Overnight at the Lodge at Pico Bonito.

Day 10: Pico Bonito - La Ceiba
You will be transferred to the airport in La Ceiba, where your trip ends. Or you book an additional flight back to San Pedro Sula or even better, continue your tour with a visit to the Caribbean Bay Islands!
